Brent Gallagher, MSS, ACSM, CSCS

Brent Gallagher specializes in sports performance enhancement for youth, high school, collegiate and professional athletes. He also focuses on injury prevention and rehabilitation, youth fitness and conditioning programs for all ages and fitness levels. All of Brent's sessions are designed with an athletic twist, focusing on strength, power, agility, balance and flexibility, through fun and progressively challenging exercises.
Brent received his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Montevallo and his master's degree in Sport Fitness from the United States Sports Academy. He is a member and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a member and a Certified Health Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Brent has taken part in athletic and fitness events throughout most of his life and has been a participant in six marathons and triathlons during the past eight years.

Cassie Gallagher, NASM, Pre/Postnatal, Weight Management

Cassie Gallagher coaches many types of clients and her specialty includes pre- and post-natal women, overweight and obese individuals. Her special workouts allow expecting mothers to continue their fitness routine under a professional, supervised watch. This is extremely important during and after pregnancy. Cassie also understands that the battle with weight is not just physical, but mental and emotional as well, so she takes time to optimally connect with her clients and even continues communications with her clients outside of the studio. Her fun, motivational, yet challenging, workouts assure continued development and the avoidance of the all too familiar plateau.
Cassie received her Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas. She has several nationally accredited certifications and continues her education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and The Cooper Institute. Cassie has been a fitness coach since 2000.
Angie Henderson works with a diverse range of clients, including those with special needs. She specializes in personalized training programs, individual and group programs, weight management and flexibility and core stability. In addition to her experience as a fitness instructor, Angie also coaches cycling. Angie sees each client as an individual challenge and, as an active tri-athlete, she believes in challenging clients to reach beyond their comfort level. She uses her passion for nutrition and health to motivate and inspire each client she works with.
Angie received her bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has continued her education in fitness and health through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Council of Strength and Fitness, and the Cooper Institute. She has been an instructor in the fitness field for 5 years.
Brian works with all manners of people from athletes to amputees, from 12 to 80. He specializes in breaking down seemingly complicated movement patterns and adapting them to even the most challenged client. He continuously studies to find a plethora of information that may help him understand and
serve the needs of his clients.
Brian joined the West U Fitness team in March of 2008. He began his fitness education more than eight years ago at the Baylor Sports Medicine Institute (BSMI). Since that time, he has received his Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist through the American College of Integrated Medicine (ACIM).
Meagan Finley's training incorporates an energetic reformer class/session with focus on control, strength, flexibility and breathing. She trains all types of clients, from inexperienced beginners to fitness enthusiasts. Meagan's goal is to help clients build self-confidence and develop a better relationship with their body as well as receive the maximum results from each Pilates session.
Meagan is currently completing her degree in Psychology at the University of Houston. Prior to joining the West U Fitness team, she was a professional ballet dancer and combined training with Pilates to enhance and optimize her abilities. In 2006, Meagan completed her Expert Level Certification in Pilates and since has participated in continuing her education on a regular basis.
Blake Judice has always had a deep passion for sports and athletics. He specializes in athletic performance but also trains many different types of clients. He is a great motivator and will help anyone overcome obstacles a client my face. He is a very positive person and likes to bring this positivity to all workouts and clients. Blake’s workouts are fast paced all focused on losing weight, increasing muscle mass, speed, and performance. Blake has participated in sports all of his life including collegiate soccer. He understands what it takes to reach goals no matter how tough some goals might seem. Blake uses his enthusiasm and passion to help each client reach their full potential.
Blake received his Bachelors degree from Mary Hardin-Baylor. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength Conditioning Association (NSCA). Blake also continues his education regularly to best serve his client’s needs.
Carlos has been working in the outpatient physical therapy/sports medicine community and performance training in the Houston area nearly 20 years. He has lectured/taught continuing education courses at facilities locally, at the Houston Marathon, and for the nationally sponsored Texas High School Coaches clinic. He has attended over 1000 hours of quality continuing education courses. His experience includes musculoskeletal injury, biomechanics, and neurological disorders. He has extensive training in Functional Movement Screening and corrective exercise. He has been able to utilize his continuing education to assess and improve client performance and activities of daily living.
Carlos is a state licensed PTA. He holds numerous certifications from personal trainer/performance enhancement specialist (NASM), to kettlebell instructor(IKFF & HKC), to youth fitness specialist (IYCA). He has worked with kids, post physical therapy clients, to professional and Olympic athletes. He continues to blend programming that is safe, functional, research driven as well as fun. He has targeted the rigorous RKC kettlebell course as his next endeavor.
Ben MacMillan grew up continually trying to convince his parents that he would never have an office job in which he'd have to wear a suit and tie every day. This idea, on top of his love for competitive sports, and his enthusiasm to work with youth, prompted Ben down the path of coaching and teaching. He began coaching Little League baseball and then junior high and high school football. He applies his passionate energy and spirit to make every session a unique positive experience for each client regardless of age.
Ben earned his Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science with a Minor in Sports Psychology in 2008 from Texas State University. He employs every aspect of his education in order to best serve his clients, physically as well as psychologically. Ben is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
