Q: What is WUFit Boot Camp?
WUFit Boot Camp has become a community of people who love the undeniable strength and spiritual power they develop through WUFit Boot Camp. Our enlistees enjoy the refreshing honesty of a workout program that admits it is intense, that you must work hard, and which pushes you to transform your body so that anyone at any age can recapture the youth they lost after high school. WUFit Boot Camp is now a lifestyle where people strive to be super fit in all aspects of their lives.
Q: How much fat can I lose with WUFit Boot Camp?
The short answer is, "a lot".
But to be more specific, you should be able to lose one pound of body fat each week (in addition to following sound fat loss nutritional practices). At the same time, you should expect to gain or maintain muscle.
WUFit Boot Camp for Fat Loss gives you at least 4 weeks of fat blasting workouts, so expect a significant fat loss by the time you get through the program.
Performance and energy improvements can take place in as little as 1 week. Visual improvements can take from 4 - 8 weeks depending on your effort and nutrition intake. Those that stay with the camp for at least 3 months can see a DRAMATIC change (granted you follow a consistent eating plan and give 100% effort in each session).
Q: Can anyone use WUFit Boot Camp?
Men and women of all ages have achieved success with WUFit Boot Camp. We do recommend however, that you check with your doctor and have a full physical examination prior to starting a new exercise regimen if you have any health ailments you feel would hold you back from achieving the results you deserve.
Q: Why should I only do the WUFit Boot Camp if it only lasts for 4 weeks?
We want to keep the element of variety in the training program to achieve consistent fat loss. Nothing, except poor eating, halts fat loss like staying on a training program for too long. By switching it up on a frequent basis, you'll avoid fat loss plateaus and keep making gains in strength and fitness at the same time.
Q: Why do the WUFit Boot Camp workouts use Supersets?
By pairing exercises together in Supersets (where you perform two exercises back to back without rest), you are able to get more work done in less time.
That gives you two benefits. First, you get the workout done in half the time. Secondly, you get more results in less time, plus you can do more work. Supersets are the way to go and that is why they are the cornerstone of the WUF Boot Camp workouts.
Q: What do I need to bring?
1. A mat (Pilates or Yoga mat will do)
2. Water - Hydration is crucial to achieving the results you desire (& finishing the class still standing!)
3. A towel - if you want
4. A good pair of running shoes
5. Workout attire - Comfortable and breathable
Q: When is the best time to workout?
In general, there is no best time to workout. A guy that trains in the afternoon should get the same results as a guy that trains in the morning, all other things being equal (i.e. nutrition, workout intensity, etc.).
The two most important considerations for determining your workout time are that:
a) You are able to train with sufficient intensity
b) You are able to train consistently
Q: Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! In fact, studies have shown that those who exercise with friends are 67% more likely to stick with the program and achieve their desired results.
WUFit Boot Camp will give you $20 for each referral you bring who signs up for a complete 4 week program. |
