West U Fitness is one of the top fitness studios in Houston for athletes seeking sports performance training. Whether you're a professional athlete or a young athlete just starting out, our qualified trainers work with every type of athlete at any age range. Our goal is to provide athletes with the most effective, up-to-date education, training techniques, technology and coaching in a motivating, energetic and engaging environment.

West U Fitness also provides a range of workout options, such as private one-on-one, for athletes who prefer individualized and personal attention, small group training, for up to six athletes, and team training, for a minimum of eight athletes.
